Visa Types Issued by Indonesian Representative In Beijing

VISA TYPES ISSUED BY INDONESIAN REPRESENTATIVE IN BEIJING

TRANSIT VISA

For the purposes of all aspects related to transit activities in order to continue one’s journey to another country, to travel by another transportation which are in Indonesian territory, and because of other emergency condition which involve transportation devices, weather, and other causes which might caused one to postpone his/her journey, may be issued a visa which is valid up to 14 (fourteen) days.

VISIT VISA

For the purposes of non-working necessary which activities involve all aspects related to governmental, tourism, social cultural, and business may be issued a visa which is valid up to 60(sixty) days, as the following visits :

cooperation between other government(s) with Indonesian government;
tourism
visiting relatives or social visits
between educational institution(s)
take part in short term training
journalistic works which is authorized by the related agencies.
non-commercial film making which is authorized by the related agencies
business meeting, like buying selling transaction of goods and services, and merchandise and product quality control
give out non-commercial lectures or take part in non-commercial seminars in the field of social, cultural or even governmental which is authorized by the related agencies.
take part in non-commercial international exhibition
take part in meeting which is held by the main office or its representative in Indonesia.

MULTIPLE VISIT VISA

For the purposes of non-working necessity which involves all aspects related to government, tourism, social and culture, and business activities, which within 1(one) year needed several visits to Indonesia, each visit may not exceed 60 (sixty) days, as the following visits :

cooperation between Indonesian government with other country government
tourism
visiting relatives or social visit
between educational institution(s)
take part in short term training
take part in business meeting, e.g. selling and buying transaction of goods and services, and merchandise or products quality control
give out a non-commercial lecture or take part in a non-commercial seminar in the field of social, culture or even governmental, which is authorized by the related agencies
take part in meeting which is held by the head office or its representative in Indonesia.

VISA ON ARRIVAL

For the purposes which involves all aspects related to government, tourism, social culture, and business activity which is given at the time of arrival in Indonesian territory which is valid maximum for 30(thirty) days, as the following visits :

cooperation between Indonesian government with other country government
tourism
visiting relatives or social visit
between educational institutional
take part in short term training
journalistic work which is authorized by the related agencies
non-commercial movie making which is authorized by the related agencies
take part in business meeting, e.g. the buying and selling transaction of good and service, and merchandise or product quality control
give out a non-commercial lecture or take part in a non-commercial seminar in the field of social, culture or even governmental, which is authorized by the related agencies
take part in non-commercial international exhibition
take part in meeting which held by head office or its representative in Indonesia

LIMITED STAY VISA (TEMPORARY RESIDENT PERMIT)

For the purposes of occupational and other non-occupational interests :

Limited Stay visa for occupational interests:

employed as professional affiliate of World Trade Organization (WTO) is issued a visa valid for 2 (two) years.
employed as professional is issued a visa valid maximum for 1 (one) year, such as :

individual cooperation with the Indonesian government
cooperation between non-governmental organizations with Indonesian government
cooperation between foreign enterprise with Indonesian government
to join or work on seagoing vessel or floating vessel which operate in Indonesian water territory, Indonesian oceanic territorial or continental installation, and Indonesian Economic Exclusive Zone is issued limited stay visa
work as a churchman
take part in activity which connected with a kind of profession receiving payment, such as sport, artist, entertainment, medication, consultant, lawyer, trade and other professions which is authorized by related agencies.
take part in commercial international exhibition
give out guidance, lecture, and training in order to implementation and innovation industrial technology in order to enhance industrial product quality and design, and promoting Indonesian products overseas.
making commercial movie which is authorized by the related agencies.

Limited stay visa for non-occupational interests :

foreign financial capital investment is issued limited stay visa valid for 1(one) year.
foreign financial capital investment is issued limited stay visa valid for 2(two) years.
take part in training and scientific research is issued limited stay visa valid for 1(one) year.
studying is issued limited stay visa valid for 2(two) years.
family unification is issued limited stay visa valid for 1(one) year.
repatriation is issued limited stay visa valid for 1(one) year.
the elderly is issued limited stay visa valid for 1(one) year.
